As is said that happiness is a conscious choice, not an automatic response. There may be some occasions when things go out of expectation, as a result of a run of misery. Still, imagine how exciting it would be to share the remarkable thing with the adorable one. I can't conceal my excitement all the time and can't avoid feeling that it's a gift given from above which I should value eternally. The time when you showed the moonwalk or any action you imitated will be sustained in my mind, serving as the reminder the love and care devoted by you now and ever. I'm prepared to stick to my dedication and concerns to the construction of our space beyond any doubt. If you're unsure from the moment, it'll be my duty to make it clear that life will be more geogous in spite of anxieties and barriers all the way ahead. If you're down, I'll go to any lengths to raise you up, in the same way that I inspire you. If you're out, I'll take you back to the normal track where we are as usual. Though being departed physically sometimes, yet we stay together spiritually till the end. I never swore to you anything at anytime before. Nor will I. It's not the oath but my geniune willingness and devotion to all we possess and all we long for. I fill my mind with increasing awareness of the fact that in time we are to obtain more than is expected as long as we never stop attempting hand in hand forward. Sure enough, I stay firmly by your side now and forever.

中文严重退步

最近，严格意义上应该是从过年那段时间开始，中文出现了严重退步的情况。好多字都写不出了，要么就是写错字，但全无意识。这个现象已经持续一段时间了，但未能引起足够的重视。直到最近，越来越多的汉字都在脑海里消失了似的，想不起说不出写不对。难道要退步到小学水平，难道跟睡眠不足有关。还是习惯了打字选字，疏于写字的缘故。回想高考的惊魂，再想想未来的计划，也许也要像对待英文一样，重视自己的汉字写作了。小时候，每到暑假总会拿起毛笔练字。成语字典背过，诗词记过，虽已早忆不起其中的内容，却仍回味当年的趣味。不过，有一点必须承认，因为每日用脑过度，又得不到足够的休息，很多时候记忆会出现短暂的缺失或段链。莫非中间遗漏的记忆累积得太多，形成了记忆的空白地带。
想象一下，如果没了电脑，让我写一篇文章出来，必定错字百出。甚至有些字还要借助字典。我当年用过的新华字典现在外甥还在用，保存的颇为完好。母亲把它看作奇迹。毕竟我读书的时候极为爱护课本和各种书籍。书用完了仍是崭新的。等我想回头搜寻过去的书籍，却被告知因为难于保存的原因，书籍已经全被变卖了。当然也包括了我过去颇为辉煌的历史，所有的荣誉证书。我好好的完整的带回了家，可是却全无了踪影。我成了一个只有回忆，却无见证的人。日后想对子女炫耀，也未够说服力了。不能让他们眼见为实。每一本我都曾经小心保存过。也许我应该把他们始终留在身边，甚至封存，保留一点用以回忆的资本。
就这样，记忆没了证据。可是我怎么可能估计到，最先衰退的竟然是我的中文水平。这是一个不愿发生却不得不面对的现实。只是不知道这是暂时的缺失，还是前摄抑制或者后摄抑制的影响。我怕大脑的1%功能尚未发挥完全，就迎来了超负荷。

Lately, some new issues have called on me, like old friends, which may originate from certain thought that there should be something defferent occuring in dull regular work. Such feeling disturbs me all the time. Therefore, I couldn't help seeking assisstance from my sincere friend, Michael. It's believed that he is so experienced a professional for me as a trainer and an academic teacher. It's always my pleasure to listen to any of his thoughtful ideas, though he insists that he should less energetic as before due to the disease physically. There's much to discuss on the issue of teaching or learning. Plenty of indications have been put in front of me, making me reflect my profession on and on without the awareness of some tough problems. Still, provided that kind of innovation has happened in my class, the gain in experience is well worth of loss of time and constant worry. It's the case that due to the long time spoon-feeding education system, learners are so well used to being fed but feel uncomfortable when being required to make a study on their own. The whole situation is easy to understand. As is known that change never takes plance smoothly. I'm sure to go to any lengths to take my part both as an academic teacher and a trainer.

身体亮红灯

近半个月的鏖战，身体精神开始亮红灯了，一步步逼向极限。一系列的症状都指向疲劳。记忆力急速下降，头晕更是家常便饭。用脑过度，两脚酸痛。炙热的天气也煎熬着身体。有片刻，大脑会出现短暂的空白，无法思考。说错话，写错字，数不胜数。没有休息的，补不回来。一大堆的事情等着完成。哀悼失去的睡眠时间，却也无法挽回。michael警告过无数次，不要将身体和精力用到极限，否则得不偿失。我需要更多的休息和放松。嗓子又出现了一些问题，说起话总是有气无力。一个小盹，几个小时的睡眠，都不足以弥补和消除所有的疲倦。神经紧绷得久了，放松下来并不容易。紧张过后，便是难以弥补的疲累。
我是当局者迷，不懂得张弛之道。不懂得付出的同时，需要给身体适时的回报，合理的恢复时间。也许有一天等我真的没办法支撑时，才会幡然醒悟。关于这个问题，我无法回避无法固执。因为我真的因为精力不济，严重影响了我的表现，牺牲了效率。频频出现的错误，足以让我警醒。我不是超人，意志也无法抵抗自然的规律。如果我继续抗争下去，付出代价的只有我自己。
只几个小时，大脑恢复了一小部分的活力。我狠心毁灭了无数的脑细胞，却忘了留下足够的时间给他们新生。咖啡说，生活不只片面的一部分。而旁人看来，目前我所有的困境都是自己选择的结果。是时候做一些调整和改变了。

继续奋斗18天

又一个新的开始，新的周期，新的18天。无论何时都要保持新鲜的感觉，每一次碰面都象第一次相见。想起了课本中提到的反复演出同一个戏剧的演员。某种程度上，两种角色有很多共同之处。戏剧是一样的，但观众却永远不同。每一次的演出都需要激情火花，都要保持如首演般的兴奋。短短一个月时间里已经第三次重复同样的内容了。虽然第一次的艰辛还历历在目，但是密集的强度已经容不得再回味，新一轮的周期又开始了。不论是好是坏，总之都会过去。于我而言，与其期望结果，不如忘掉期待，顺其自然。所谓种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆，就算种瓜不得瓜，种豆不得豆，也无需忧伤。功到自然成。享受过程之中的乐趣才是最重要的。不要让时间成了孕育贫乏的土壤。只要主动寻找，快乐垂手可得。
